Tracy Brown is a Project Manager with the African American Tobacco Control Leadership Council (AATCLC) and although she is relatively new to the Tobacco Control field, she is no stranger to working to protect the Black community's most vulnerable populations. Tracy is a seasoned visual artist and community worker who was born in San Francisco, CA but has worked in communities of color in various places all over the world.
Tracy received her MA in Arts Politics (Art and Public Policy) from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. She is also dedicated to the creation and promotion of positive and empowering images of People of African descent. She has spent more than a decade photographing funerals and memorials all over the world and has taught photography and visual culture in remote villages and urban centers.
