Menthol Conference Finishing the Fight! - Save the Date.png

Vaccination/Testing Documentation Process

All attendees must provide documentation showing they are up to date on their COVID-19 vaccination or results of a negative COVID-19 test taken 72 hours or less before arrival on-site at the 3rd National Menthol Conference.
What does it mean to be “up to date” on your COVID-19 vaccination?

  • Per the latest CDC guidelines, to be up to date on COVID-19 vaccination you must have received all doses in the primary series and one booster when eligible.

  • If you have completed your primary series but are not yet eligible for a booster then you are considered up to date.

  • Getting a second booster is not required at this time to be considered up to date.

  • If you have completed your primary series and are eligible for a booster but have not yet received that booster, make sure you get boosted before the conference so that you will meet the vaccination requirements!

Proof of Negative Test

  • If you are not up to date on your COVID-19 vaccination, you may take a lab-administered test (PCR or Antigen) 72 hours or less before your arrival at the conference and provide documentation of those negative test results in lieu of proof of vaccination.

Providing Vaccination/Testing Documentation

  • All registrants will receive instructions starting two weeks before the meeting on how they can submit their proof of vaccination through this third party and have it verified. Upon verification, registrants will receive an email confirming their verified status; this verification will be required to check-in on-site at the conference and receive your meeting credentials.

  • Attendees will also be able to upload negative test results shortly before arrival at the conference.

  • While we strongly encourage all attendees to submit their documentation via this online process in advance of arriving at conference (avoid long lines and wait time!), there will be an option to have your proof of vaccination or negative test results verified on-site in the registration area.
